Follow up of purchasing and sales invoices and supporting finance team on pre-accountancy

  • Responsible for all administrative issues of Headquarter in Turkey
  • Official paperwork, follow up at various government offices.
  • Domestic and international procurement.
  • Follow up of daily filing activities and organizational tasks.
  • Support on government grants and incentives.
  • Answering staff queries regarding payroll and human resources matters.
  • Take role in payroll process managed by local accountants
  • Answer phones, direct messages and mailings.
  • Responsible to lead and organize archive.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects such as move, audit, reporting etc.
