Follow up of purchasing and sales invoices and supporting finance team on pre-accountancy
- Responsible for all administrative issues of Headquarter in Turkey
- Official paperwork, follow up at various government offices.
- Domestic and international procurement.
- Follow up of daily filing activities and organizational tasks.
- Support on government grants and incentives.
- Answering staff queries regarding payroll and human resources matters.
- Take role in payroll process managed by local accountants
- Answer phones, direct messages and mailings.
- Responsible to lead and organize archive.
- Provide support on ad hoc projects such as move, audit, reporting etc.
